Overview

Concentra, one of the largest healthcare companies in the nation, is seeking an orthopedic spine surgeon for a 1099 independent contractor role. This contract position complements your current practice, involving treating patients onsite at Concentra for approximately a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly.

Our Advanced Specialists help manage medically complex patients, facilitate return to work, and support functional restoration. You will collaborate with medical and therapy providers, offering both non-surgical and surgical services for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. You will also communicate with employers and participate in case management, making a significant impact on patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide services during half a day per week or biweekly, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your private practice.
• This role is an independent contractor position with compensation based on a revenue share model.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in treating work-related injuries.
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Unrestricted DEA license for the jurisdiction.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Spine Surgery.
