Orthopaedic Associates of Muskegon is seeking a Spine Physician Assistant to join our team. The PA will work closely with a spine surgeon in both clinic and operative settings, handling preoperative evaluation, education, and postoperative follow-up.

The ideal candidate has a PA degree with NCCPA certification and Michigan licensure, with strong clinical skills and a collaborative mindset to support comprehensive spine care.

Qualifications

• PA degree with NCCPA certification and Michigan licensure required.
• Experience in orthopaedics, neurosurgery or spine is preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving abilities needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with a spine surgeon in clinic and operating room.
• Provide preoperative evaluation, education, and postoperative follow-up.
• Assist in spine surgeries as first assistant and participate in hospital rounding.
