Job summary

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates in Olympia, WA is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to work with our neurosurgeon specializing in back, neck, and spine. The role combines clinic duties with in-surgery support, under surgeon supervision.

Responsibilities include examining patients, administering medications, ordering tests, diagnosing illnesses, and counseling patients and families. Candidates must hold WA PA license and have orthopaedic and surgical assist experience.

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license in WA or eligible before hire.
• 2–3 years of Orthopaedic experience (as a Nurse Practitioner).
• 2–3 years of surgical assist experience, neuro/spine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and administer medications under surgeon supervision.
• Order medical and diagnostic tests and diagnose illnesses.
• Counsel patients and families on treatment options.
