Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Intracept Clinical Specialist to independently cover cases and train surgical teams in the use of the device. The role involves traveling within the territory, region, or nationally and providing clinical support for physician and sales training programs.

The ideal candidate will reside in the greater Tucson area and possess experience with fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, or radiography, plus a clinical background in a medical device setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with imaging procedures such as fluoroscopy, CT, MRI or X-ray required.
• Clinical specialist or related medical role with 4+ years (or 2+ years with Bachelor's; 6 months with Advanced Degree).
• Customer relationship and procedural skill development experience.
• Willing to travel and have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Clinical case coverage and support for sales/marketing initiatives.
• Train surgical teams to ensure good patient outcomes and support cases.
• Maintain knowledge of perioperative surgical technology and hospital policies.
• Develop technical acumen to be an educational and clinical resource.
• Demonstrate professional interactions with healthcare providers.
• Prepare equipment/kits for surgery and quality audits.
• Troubleshoot equipment per standard procedure.
• Reconcile inventory and assist in procedural training.
