Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an Intracept Clinical Specialist to independently cover Intracept cases and train surgical teams on device use. You will support physicians, participate in training programs, and help ensure positive patient outcomes across the territory and region.

The role requires traveling to Lafeyette, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans areas, providing clinical case coverage, educating staff, and maintaining device readiness while adhering to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with fluoroscopy, CT, MRI or X-ray procedures.
• HS diploma/GED or associate degree with 4+ years in a clinical role.
• Bachelor’s with 2+ years in a clinical role (Rad Tech/Surg Tech) preferred.
• Advanced degree (Master’s/MBA) with 6 months clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Clinical case coverage and support for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Train surgical teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of perioperative practices and hospital policies.
• Develop technical acumen to act as educational and clinical resource.
• Demonstrate appropriate interactions with healthcare providers.
• Maintain and prepare equipment/kits and perform quality audits.
• Troubleshoot equipment per standard procedures.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
• Assist in procedural training with physicians and staff.
• Comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
