Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks an Intracept Clinical Specialist to independently cover cases, train surgical teams, and provide clinical product support across Texas, including Dallas/Fort Worth. The role involves physician training and sales training programs with extensive travel and compliance with policy requirements.

The ideal candidate will live in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area, with experience in perioperative practice and device environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with fluoroscopy, CT, MRI or X-ray procedures essential.
• Clinical specialist experience in medical devices preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance required.
• Travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical case coverage and support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Train the surgical team to assist in good patient outcomes and verbally support cases.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of perioperative surgical technology and hospital/ASC policies.
• Develop technical acumen to serve as an educational and clinical resource.
• Demonstrate appropriate interactions with healthcare providers.
• Maintain and prepare equipment/kits for surgery and quality control audits.
• Troubleshoot equipment according to standard procedure.
• Reconcile inventory/usage and missing inventory with shipping documents.
• Assist in procedural training with physicians and medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on label promotion and interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Other duties may be assigned.
