Job summary

Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is seeking a spine-focused neurosurgeon to join the nationally recognized neuroscience program within Tenet Healthcare's network. You will work alongside 3 neurosurgeons, 7 hybrid neurologists, and a dedicated service line director, with full operational support including billing and credentialing.

This full-time role offers a variable schedule (2–3 clinic/OR days per week) and shared call (7–10 days per month), with 1 PA per attending to support clinic and surgical

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Neurosurgery residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery.
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Spine-focused neurosurgery role within a collaborative, growing neuroscience program.
• 2–3 days per week split between clinic and OR.
• Shared call: approximately 7–10 days per month.
• Dedicated PA support — 1 PA per attending for both clinic and surgical workflow.
• Full-time employed position with Tenet Healthcare / Abrazo Health.
