Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for the Spine Program. This position involves assisting Rehabilitation Medicine physicians with patient care, managing medical histories, and performing examinations.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's of Science in Nursing and relevant licensure, along with excellent communication skills.

You will engage with patients, provide education, and work closely within a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent care. Flexibility and adaptability in a high-pressure environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's of Science in Nursing, plus 1-2 years of related experience.
• Current New York State RN and NP license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical histories and physical examinations.
• Instruct patient/family regarding medication use and treatments.
• Educate patients regarding health and illness prevention.
• Coordinate care in a multidisciplinary manner.
• Collaborate with physicians in managing both acute and long-term medical needs.
• Administer intravenous medications and injections.
