Job summary

A leading health system in New Jersey is seeking an experienced or new graduate Nurse Practitioner to join its team working with a spine surgeon. This role involves independent patient management, collaboration with a supervising physician, and the flexibility to split time between locations. Candidates must have a Master's or Doctorate in Nursing and an active NP license. Competitive salary range is $130,000 - $145,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing and active NP license (NY and/or NJ).
• Board certification as an Adult, Family, or Acute Care NP.
• Prior spine, orthopedics, or pain management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with spine and pain-related conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and coordinate care.
• Provide patient education and telehealth follow-ups.
