Job summary

5TH HQ is hiring a Production Worker to join our spices and seasoning line in Pompano Beach, FL. You will assist with production and packaging, operate basic equipment, and help ensure quality and safety standards are met.

We seek reliable, hardworking individuals who can perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, lift materials, and work well in a fast-paced team setting. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, at $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, food processing, packaging, or warehouse.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production and packaging of spices and seasoning products.
• Operate basic production and packaging equipment.
• Measure, prepare, fill, label, and package products according to specifications.
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare boxes and finished products for shipment.
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Follow company safety, sanitation, and production procedures.
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Lift and move materials as needed.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
