Job summary

Badia Spices is seeking a Production Associate for our Miami facility to support packaging, labeling and quality control within a fast-paced production environment.

You will operate equipment, ensure products meet standards, and maintain clean, safe work areas while following established safety protocols. This position requires physical stamina and flexibility for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Package and label spice products per requirements.
• Inspect products for quality and report issues.

• Assist with inventory and supply management.
• Notify supervisor of non-conformances or broken parts to generate NCRs.

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated, dependable Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This role involves supporting various stages of the production process, including packaging, labeling, and quality control, to ensure our products meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Package and label spice products in accordance with specified requirements.
• Inspect products for quality and report any issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory and supply management.
• Notify Line Supervisor of any non-conforming system or machine, or of any nonfunctioning or broken parts, or of any unsanitary conditions immediately, to ensure that a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) can be generated as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• Must be 18 or over
