Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in our Philadelphia early intervention program.

Goldstar is a therapist-owned and operated agency committed to providing superior quality services to children in need of therapeutic interventions. All of our therapists are dedicated to employing evidence-based practices to achieve meaningful outcomes for children and families. We offer a full range of services for children ages 0-5 throughout Philadelphia, and 0-3 services in Delaware, Montgomery, Chester, and Bucks Counties, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and specialized instruction tailored to each child's needs. At Goldstar, we support every therapist in meeting their professional and personal goals.

Position Details

We are currently seeking qualified speech therapists/speech-language pathologists CF for our 0-3 program across Philadelphia. This role offers a balanced work-life schedule with multiple scheduled days off throughout the year, typically around holidays and summer months. We have limited CF positions available, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Strong clinical support and supervision are provided for all clinical fellows.

Qualifications

• Graduates of an accredited university with an MA or M.S. in Speech and Language Pathology or Communication Disorders recognized by ASHA and the state board.
• Provisional license or license application required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, motivation, and experience working with young children with disabilities.
