Qualifications

• Current licensure or state certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification for Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the speech therapy team including scheduling, orientation, and training.
• Provide direct patient care and build patient relationships to support recovery.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure quality care and policy adherence.
