Qualifications

• Requires current SLP licensure and CCC certification.
• Minimum three years in speech therapy or leadership; at least two years clinical practice.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Therapy Operations with daily therapy team operations, scheduling, orientation, training, and cross‑department communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding relationships to support recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and drive positive outcomes through compassionate leadership.
