Fairview Hospital is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, assess, and develop personalized therapy plans for patients with speech and language challenges. This role emphasizes clinical judgment, documentation, and progress tracking.

You will join an inpatient rehabilitation team, use advanced technology, and contribute to patient-centered outcomes through tailored interventions and ongoing evaluation.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA).
• CPR certification (required or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' communication needs.
• Develop and administer individualized therapy plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses.
• Adjust treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
