Job summary

Mercy in Crestwood, MO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans for patients according to our clinical policies. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and respond to emergencies as needed, serving patients of all ages.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current or provisional SLP licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification within the first year. BLS certification is also required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current or provisional SLP licensure in the applicable state.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification within 1 year of hire; BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective speech/language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures regarding referral and care.
• Respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient outcomes.
• Care for patients of all ages when applicable.
