Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to conduct objective assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for patients in our care.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA certification within 1 year of hire, and a current or provisional SLP license. BLS certification and emergency responsiveness are required; one year of experience and age-diverse patient care are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current or provisional SLP licensure in applicable state.
• ASHA certification within 1 year of hire; BLS certification.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience; experience with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Adhere to department policies and procedures for referrals.
• Respond to emergency situations as required.
• Collaborate with care team to support patients' needs.
