Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for patients according to department policies. Education required: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with a current or provisional SLP license.

Certifications include ASHA within 1 year of hire and BLS; must be able to respond to emergencies. Preferred experience is one year, with patient care across ages.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current or provisional SLP license in the applicable state.
• ASHA certification within 1 year of hire and BLS certification required before independent patient care.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: one year of experience; experience with patients of all ages is a plus.

Responsibilities
