Job summary

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure or ability to obtain licensure as an SLP.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience with adults or elderly patients; new graduates welcome.
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Provide therapies and exercises to improve speech, language, and swallowing.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the healthcare team to monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document goals and improvements.
• Stay current with advances in speech therapy and apply new techniques.
