Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in California.
• Minimum of 1 year SLP experience preferred.
• Current physical within 6 months and TB test within 12 months, CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and swallowing assessments and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise STAs and coordinate with care teams.
• Document treatments, progress notes, and care plans accurately.

You’ll work closely with patients and their families to promote independence and enhance communication skills in a home environment.
