Job summary

Sage Rehabilitation Outpatient in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking PRN Speech Therapists to join our team. You will assess patients, identify and initiate speech-language interventions, and provide family teaching in an outpatient setting.

The role requires at least one year of experience with neurological injuries, an active Louisiana SLP license, and current BLS. We offer ESOP stock ownership and a chance to share in the company’s success.
