Preferred Therapy Solutions in Holden, MA is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team.

The role requires a current MA SLP license or eligibility, CCCs, and proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel for electronic documentation. You will collaborate with rehab and nursing staff and provide compassionate therapy in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

Holden Rehab is newly renovated and has grown to accommodate many needs with state of the art equipment and mostly private accommodations. Within Holden's new building there are three distinct neighborhoods; short stay, long term and Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit. Each neighborhood has an activity area, family meeting spaces, outdoor courtyards and dining areas with country kitchens.
