P0001 Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Hanover, NH is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. The role emphasizes ethical patient care and collaboration with therapists and nursing staff to achieve resident independence.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment
• Possess current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible in the state
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation

Overview: A Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Hanover, NH. Must have CCC's. Once a part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local Per Diem rosters in your area.
