Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Glens Falls, NY seeks a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab team. You’ll provide comprehensive therapy services in a SNF setting and collaborate with rehab and nursing staff to support resident independence.

Must hold an SLP license in NY and CCCs, have SNF experience, and be flexible with hours. Per diem role with competitive pay and ongoing education support.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/SNF setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Possess a current SLP license in NY or be license eligible.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and electronic documentation experience.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours and work well with others.
• Must have CCCs and SNF experience.

Overview

A Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Glens Falls, NY. Beautiful facility with great rehab space! Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish. Must have CCC's and SNF experience. Job Requirements

Good Faith Rate Range

$50.00 - $60.00
