Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Per-Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) to provide therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting. You will work closely with rehab therapists and nursing staff to deliver compassionate care and ensure timely documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a current SLP license or is license eligible for the state and demonstrates strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel. Hours are flexible to fit a positive work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license or eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and timely documentation.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $45/hr - $50/hr
