Concierge Home Care in Orange Park, FL is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled in-home therapy. You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes, with autonomy over your schedule.

Your Role as a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist

As a Home Health SLP, you will provide skilled speech therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes while helping them improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
