• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.

Overview: We areseeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals

Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists

Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and recovery plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

Required:

SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience REQUIRED
