Job summary

ANAC STAFFING - 9100 is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing difficulties in Bloomfield, New Mexico. The role runs 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM on a permanent basis, with a pay rate of $46 per hour.

You will develop individualized treatment plans to improve patients' communication abilities, functional independence, and quality of life. The position requires licensure as an SLP and strong clinical skills to support the rehabilitation

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent qualifying program.
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work with patients of varying needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing function, as appropriate.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on clinical findings.
• Maintain accurate assessments, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
