Anchor Lodge in Massillon, Ohio, seeks a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to provide essential speech therapy services to residents. You will coordinate treatment plans with residents and families, conduct evaluations, and develop personalized treatment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provides speech therapy services to residents.
• Conducts screening of residents at regular intervals.
• Evaluates residents to obtain data for treatment planning.
• Develops treatment plans with identified goals.
• Coordinates treatment plan with resident and family.
• Implements treatment as outlined in treatment plan.

Essential Job Functions

• Provides speech therapy services to residents and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with the Therapy Department Procedures.
• Conducts screening of residents at regular intervals to determine need for intervention/treatment.
• Evaluates residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Conducts specialized evaluations as indicated.
• Develops treatment plans by identifying a target list, including short and long-term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.
• Coordinates treatment plan with resident, family and other team members.
• Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in treatment plan.
