Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN roles to evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders.

As an SLP, you will collaborate with physicians, families, and the rehab team to deliver high-quality, individualized care, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the largest network in South Carolina. Prior SNF or rehab experience, SC license, and PCC/Casamba familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Master's or higher preferred).
• Active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina (required).
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the care team.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning.
• Provide education and training to staff and caregivers as needed.
