FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare in Lakeside and surrounding areas. This Independent Contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to build your own patient roster using our Cliniconnects app.

You control when and where you work, with strong per-visit rates and administrative support to coordinate referrals and documentation. You must hold an active ASHA-certified SLP license, CCC, and complete an accredited SLP

Job description

FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Lakeside and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
  • The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
• Reliable personal transportation

• Bilingual is a plus!
