Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare on an independent contractor basis in Murrieta and surrounding areas. The role focuses on patient-centered, one-on-one treatment in home settings across all ages.

This position emphasizes flexible scheduling, autonomous practice, and compensation based on per-visit care. Access to administrative and scheduling support helps clinicians focus on patient care while maintaining independence.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, active and unrestricted.
• ASHA CCC certification is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home health Speech-Language Pathology services to patients of all ages.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and updates to the plan of care.
• Document progress and care notes using an EMR during visits.

FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Murrieta and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology .
  • The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
• Smartphone
• Bilingual is a plus!
