Job summary

FeldCare Connects in Moreno Valley is seeking a Speech Therapist to deliver high-quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This independent contractor role offers flexibility, control over your schedule, and strong per-visit compensation.

Candidates must hold a current Speech Language Pathology license, ASHA certification, and have reliable transportation. You will focus on providing one-on-one treatment while having administrative support to streamline your work.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board must be current and unrestricted.
• Certification of Competence (CCC) from ASHA is required.
• Reliable personal transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Determine the plan of care and report patient's response to treatment.
• Utilize the app Cliniconnects for patient referrals.

FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Speech Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Moreno Valley and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• Current Speech Language Pathology license issued by the state Board of Speech‑Language Pathology and Audiology. The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the American Speech‑Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) as a Speech Language Pathologist. Current Certification of Competence (CCC) is required.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Bilingual is a plus!
