Job summary

Shema Kolainu – Hear Our Voices (SKHOV) is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Early Intervention team in Queens, NY. You will provide home-based speech therapy to children ages 0-3 with ASD and related developmental disabilities, developing personalized treatment plans and collaborating with families and other professionals.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's degree in SLP, NY state license (CCC-SLP), and at least two years' experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) required.
• 2+ years of experience with ASD.
• New York State license and CCC-SLP certification.
• PER-DIEM schedule, with flexibility to accommodate varied client needs.
• Ability to travel to client homes in Queens, NY.
• Proficiency in ASHA guidelines and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to children aged 0-3 with ASD and related developmental disabilities in a home-based setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
