Job summary

TheraCare Bronx seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver early intervention therapy to infants and toddlers in homes and community settings. You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language delays, and create IFSP-based plans while partnering with families for carryover and growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking Speech Language Pathologists to deliver therapy in home and community-based settings.

Position Overview

As an SLP with TheraCare, you will provide direct services to infants and toddlers in their natural environments. You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language delays, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support carryover and communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide speech-language therapy to children ages 0–3.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IFSP goals.
• Educate and coach families to support generalization and developmental growth.
• Document all sessions and progress according to NYC EI guidelines.
• Participate in IFSP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records and reports.
