Harmony Waterloo is seeking a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that help residents improve communication and swallowing abilities. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay, full benefits, and career growth opportunities.

New grads and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. We are a fully in-house therapy team and provide mentorship and tools to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for board exams.
• New grads and Clinical Fellows welcome; experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to design and implement customized therapy programs for speech and swallowing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and staff collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Collaborate with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.

Your Impact:

As a Speech Therapist (SLP), you will:

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.

What We're Looking For:

• State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License - or eligible to sit for board exams
• Experience preferred - but we're also willing to invest in new grads and Clinical Fellows!
