Advanced Therapy Clinic in Butte, Montana seeks a Speech Therapist (ST) to join our team and support children and adolescents with communication needs. The role involves direct services, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with families and the care team in an in-person setting.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA credentialing, and state regulatory compliance, with a passion for helping clients reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from a program accredited by the CAA.
• Completion of clinical practicum and 36-week clinical experience with a mentor.
• Passing national exam approved by the Board and Montana jurisprudence exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services to pediatric clients.
• Provide feedback to families and other team members.
• Develop and follow individualized treatment plans.
• Educate caregivers and family members on patient care.
• Evaluate progress and adjust therapy as needed.

About Advanced Therapy Clinic

Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ABA, ST, OT, PT, Nutrition and Counseling Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring ST and our other therapies to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.

We are looking for a Speech Therapist to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication skills. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for providing direct services to clients, and providing feedback to families and other team members.

Education and Requirements for a SLP:

• A Master's degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders from a program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation; Completion of a clinical practicum, Completion of a 36 week clinical experience with a mentor, passage of a national exam approved by the Boars and passage of a Montana jurisprudence exam.
• ASHA Cert
• Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Possess up to date knowledge of treatment practices and speech therapy programs.
