Job summary

Eduro Healthcare LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Southwest Montana team in Butte on a PRN basis. The role focuses on evaluating residents, developing rehabilitation plans, and supporting interdisciplinary care in a long-term care setting.

The position requires an accredited SLP program graduate with an active state license, and familiarity with geriatric care. Daily pay is available, with orientation and health screenings as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • Current and active SLP license in the state.
  • Experience with geriatric patients is a plus.
  • Completion of orientation required by company policy.
  • Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
  • Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
  • Satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment within three days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Help residents through tasks and monitor their performance.
  • Inform residents what to anticipate in different stages of their recovery and how they will handle each situation.
  • Maintain resident confidence and protect facility operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by infection-control practices.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
  • Contribute to inter-disciplinary team efforts in resident care.

Speech Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities

Speech Language Pathologist Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist program.
  • Must hold current and active SLP license or registration in state employed or CFY
  • Experience working with geriatric patients is a plus!

  • Become familiar with and comply to all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
