Advanced Therapy Clinic seeks a Speech Therapist (ST) in Butte, MT to provide direct services to children and adolescents, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and the care team. The role emphasizes creative treatment planning, strong communication, and ongoing progress evaluation.

The position is full-time in-person with a competitive compensation package ($80,000–$90,000) and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA certification or eligibility.
• Montana state license/registration to practice.
• Compliance with state healthcare regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech therapy services to clients.
• Give feedback to families and other team members.
• Conduct assessments and develop/t follow treatment plans.
• Educate caregivers and family members on patient care.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in speech therapy.

We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our goal is to bring ST and our other therapies to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.

We are looking for a Speech Therapist to join our team and help support our clients with their needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in their treatment plans, and have excellent communication skills. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for providing direct services to clients, and providing feedback to families and other team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others reach their full potential.

Education and Requirements for a SLP

• A Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders from a program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation; Completion of a clinical practicum, Completion of a 36 week clinical experience with a mentor, passage of a national exam approved by the Boars and passage of a Montana jurisprudence exam.
• ASHA Cert
• Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Possess up to date knowledge of treatment practices and speech therapy programs.
