Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Speech Therapist (ST) to conduct assessments and reassessments of communication and swallowing disorders. The ST plans, implements, and supervises individualized therapeutic programs to improve daily communication and swallowing abilities, coordinating with the Rehab Director for integration into the care plan.

The role requires a Master's in Speech Pathology, Texas licensure, and CCC-SLP certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Licensed in Texas to practice Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and reassessments of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Plans, implements, and supervises individualized therapy programs.
• Document treatment progress and coordinates with Rehab Director and care plan team.
• Instructs patient and family in speech therapy techniques and safety precautions.
• Participates in patient case conferences and quality improvement activities.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to agency policies and procedures.
