Qualifications

• CA licensed SLP required.
• Minimum 1 year SLP experience preferred.
• Current physical within 6 months; TB test within 12 months; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech language and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Speech Therapy Assistants (STAs) and coordinate patient care.
• Document treatments, progress notes, and care plans.
