We’re looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who thrives in a collaborative, resident-centered environment and is passionate about improving outcomes in the long-term care setting.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with resident goals and clinical best practices
  • Provide skilled therapy to residents with neurological, cognitive, and age-related impairments
  • Implement dysphagia management and safe-swallow strategies
  • Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
  • Document services accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and safe-swallowing techniques
  • Support quality improvement initiatives within the rehab department
What We’re Looking For
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred (new grads welcome!)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently
