Job summary

Holland Village in Pennsylvania is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to our patients. The Speech Therapist organizes and conducts programs to facilitate rehabilitation and supports communication and swallowing goals.

Responsibilities include evaluating speech or language difficulties, creating individualized treatment plans, teaching sound production, and improving vocal quality, with emphasis on patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
• Current PA State Speech Therapy License.
• Experience in Assisted Living settings preferred.
• One-year experience in an acute care facility, outpatient setting, community health service or Home Health agency in the past two years as a Speech Therapist preferred.

• Identify, create, and carry out an individualized treatment plan
• Teach patients how to make sounds and improve their voices

Qualifications

• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
