Tarboro Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a flexible Speech Therapist for a per diem/PRN role in North Carolina. You will assess language, speech, and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to monitor progress.

The role requires a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology, appropriate licensure, and strong communication skills. Experience with geriatric populations is beneficial.

The Speech Therapist's responsibilities include performing patient assessments, developing individual treatment plans, working with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals, to administer therapy and monitor progress. The Speech Therapist will ensure patients and families are informed of new treatments and therapy techniques.

• Using tried and tested therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care.

Speech Therapist Requirements:

• Master's degree in speech therapy or speech-language pathology.
