Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, permanent position in a pediatric therapy clinic in Owensboro, KY. Help children improve their speech, language, communication, cognitive, feeding, and swallowing skills while supporting their developmental progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate children with speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve speech production, language development, voice, and communication skills.
• Support children with feeding difficulties, dyslexia, sensory needs, and assistive technology requirements, as appropriate.
• Educate families and caregivers on treatment goals and strategies to support progress at home.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical records.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
