Job summary

The SpOT Clinic in Owens Cross Roads is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role. You will deliver therapy to children, focusing on building communication skills through purposeful play.

You will receive guaranteed hourly pay, a sign-on bonus, and a compensation structure that rewards dedicated work. 1+ year of experience is required, CCC-SLP and AL licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, with at least 1 year of experience.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Current AL licensure (or in process).
• Experience with children/special needs preferred, not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Bonuses

• $35/hour+, 1+ years experience required
• Paid hourly for time worked, not billable units
• Sign-on bonus for this location
• Salary + Bonus Structure options after 90 days of employment
