Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Speech Therapist in Centerburg, Ohio for full-time positions at a small community hospital near Columbus. The outpatient role runs 8am-5:30pm, while Pediatrics runs 8am-6pm, with a Tuesday day off (Wednesday or Thursday).

Compensation ranges from $36-$42 per hour, plus full benefits and a sign-on bonus. The role involves screening, evaluation, and therapy, developing treatment plans per physician referral, and coordinating care across ages and diverse

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current State of Ohio Licensure.
• Ability to work variable days and hours as needed.
• Current CPR Certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, evaluation, and therapeutic interventions to patients.
• Develop a treatment plan and implementation per doctor referral.
• Excellent internal personal skills with all ages and socio-economic status.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to provide safe, high-quality care.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and departmental information.
• Evaluations are 1 hour: Adult 8-9 patients; Peds 8-10 patients daily with co-treatment.
