Job summary

Responsibilities

• Screens and evaluates patients, developing care plans.
• Provides direct resident treatments per care plan.
• Oversees resident care activities and records in the clinical system.
• Trains patients and caregivers in therapeutic techniques.
• Documents activities promptly in the clinical documentation system.
• Engages in ongoing learning to stay current in the field.
