Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for assigned patients in alignment with departmental policies. The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and licensure, ASHA certification within 1 year of hire, and BLS certification, with the ability to respond to emergencies.

Preferred candidates have 1 year of experience and comfort caring for patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Current or provisional SLP license in applicable State of practice.
• ASHA certification within 1 year of hire; BLS certification.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience; experience with patients of all ages.
