Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. You will follow departmental policies and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality speech therapy across age groups.

Requirements include a Master's in SLP, state licensure, ASHA certification within 12 months, and BLS. Emergency response capability and a preference for 1 year of experience are noted. This is a full-time, on-site role in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Current or provisional SLP license in applicable State of practice.
• ASHA Certification within 1 year of hire; BLS certification; current certifications.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred: one year of experience; experience with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Performs objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for assigned patients.
• Adheres to departmental policies and procedures regarding referrals and patient care.
• Collaborates with the care team to plan and implement effective therapy.
• Responds to emergency situations as needed.
